Spring is in the air and I thought I would let you know that I continue to be very comfortable with the operation of the Hillcrest community and especially with the quality of my home on Sophia Avenue. The construction of the home is very well done and your crew did an excellent job with my patio and garage. It also is very meaningful and pleasant to have such a competent and friendly staff. Your annual Lobster Fest is a bonus.
