Thank You for your interest in State Manufactured Homes and the Hillcrest Retirement Community. Conveniently Tucked Away from it all at 126 US Route 1, but only a few minutes from anywhere, we have been part of the beautiful landscape of Scarborough, Maine since 1941. We are a three generation family owned and operated business. Hillcrest Retirement Community is an Active Living Environment. We have a Recreation Center with planned activities such as exercise classes that range from yoga to cardio and strength training, enrichment and healthcare programs. Our bus transports residents on outings!

bus-bug-lightWe also have a NEW bus that transports residents on various outings like shopping excursions to places like Kittery and Freeport, trips to the theater and museums, along with weekly grocery shopping and other fun and exciting places. The Recreation Center also has a Brand New Pool Table that our residents put to great use, a Bingo machine, an Exercise Room, and a large Function Hall with a Commercial Size Stove that is available for Your Next Private Family Function. We have Pot Luck Suppers, a Festive Holiday Celebration, and an Annual Lobster Bake with a live band and dancing.
